Shipping Method & Logistics
We ship all orders via Yanwen / Yunexpress, an international logistics carrier specialising in cross-border delivery to South Africa.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3Days
Shipping time: 5-10Days
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required, no hidden fees.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. There is no minimum order value. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout. Free shipping covers the transport service only. Taxes, customs duties or import costs are not included.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from payment confirmation. Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the international courier company.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the delivery address and international logistics processes. Under normal conditions, delivery takes place within a maximum of 21 business days from the date of dispatch. However, no specific delivery date or timeframe is guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier company operational processes
- Customs controls and procedures
- Peak periods
- Unforeseeable logistical or operational circumstances
Indicated delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not binding.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number, when available, will be sent to the customer by email. Tracking information:
- May take a few days to be updated
- May be limited or updated irregularly during international transit
A temporary absence of tracking updates does not mean that the shipment has been lost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs controls
- Customs clearance procedures
- Administrative delays
These processes are managed by the relevant authorities and may affect the delivery timeframe. The recipient is responsible for providing any information, documentation, identification or taxes required by local authorities. Our store does not pay customs duties, VAT, import costs or similar charges. Such costs are borne entirely by the recipient.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Our store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Invalid or missing contact details
UNDELIVERED OR PENDING SHIPMENTS
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence, is held at a courier depot, or is refused by the recipient, the courier company's procedures will apply. In such cases, delays may occur, the shipment may be returned, or it may be disposed of by local authorities. Any additional costs incurred are borne by the recipient.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
An order is considered active and in the delivery process from the moment it is handed to the courier company. Cancellation or modification of the order is not possible once dispatch has been initiated.
Shipping Fees for Returns
If the return is initiated by the customer (e.g. wrong size ordered, change of mind, or any other reason not attributable to us), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The exact shipping fee will depend on the courier or express company selected by the customer.
If the return is due to our error — including items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will cover all return shipping costs in full. In this case, the customer is not required to bear any shipping fees.
